We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Items that are personalized or custom-made.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund as follows:

  • For cash-on-delivery purchases, a refund will be issued via cash.
  • Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after the return is received.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
